Registration

Registration for all events will open 30 days before the event at 9:00 am. Registration will close five (5) days prior at 9:00 am. If there is a waitlist, teams that are not filled will be moved to the waitlist once registration has closed.

 

Cancellation Policy
Once registration has closed, a cancellation fee will apply:

• Cancellations made 49 hours or more before the event: 50% of the entry fee is required.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event: The full entry fee is required.   
   

Special exceptions will be considered for medical emergencies or the death of an immediate family member.
